However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to make a return or exchange.<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong> Timeframe for Returns or Exchanges<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>We accept return or exchange requests within <strong>3 days<\/strong> of the product delivery. It is important that the customer contacts us within this period via email or phone.<\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"2\">\r\n<li><strong> Product Conditions<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>To be eligible for a return or exchange:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.<\/li>\r\n<li>We do not accept returns of <strong>perishable, frozen, fresh, or prepared items<\/strong>, unless they arrived damaged or were incorrect.<\/li>\r\n<li>Proof of purchase or order number is required.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"3\">\r\n<li><strong> Damaged or Incorrect Products<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with <strong>photos of the product and packaging<\/strong>. In such cases, we will cover the return or replacement costs.<\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"4\">\r\n<li><strong> Exchanges<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so under the same conditions listed above. The new product must have equal or greater value (the difference must be paid), and shipping costs must be covered. The exchange will be processed once the returned item is received.<\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"5\">\r\n<li><strong> Refunds<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>Refunds are not issued.
