At Marché Andes, we are committed to offering quality products. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to make a return or exchange.
- Timeframe for Returns or Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of the product delivery. It is important that the customer contacts us within this period via email or phone.
- Product Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- We do not accept returns of perishable, frozen, fresh, or prepared items, unless they arrived damaged or were incorrect.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. In such cases, we will cover the return or replacement costs.
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so under the same conditions listed above. The new product must have equal or greater value (the difference must be paid), and shipping costs must be covered. The exchange will be processed once the returned item is received.
- Refunds
Refunds are not issued. Instead, a store credit equal to the product’s value will be provided for future purchases.
